Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for two Alcon Centurion Phaco surgical systems located at the El Paso VA Medical Center. The contract covers both unscheduled (repair) and scheduled preventive‑maintenance activities, 24‑hour telephone support, on‑site response within four hours, parts replacement, software/firmware updates, and full documentation of all work performed. Service periods are structured as a base year (10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027) with two optional one‑year extensions, for a maximum contract term of three years. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price, small‑business set‑aside (WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB) contract, with monthly invoicing submitted electronically via the Tungsten Network.
