Description
The State of Alabama’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the TeamMate+ Audit cloud‑based software service and associated hosting/support for its Tax & Trade Practices Division. The award will be “all‑or‑none” to the lowest responsible bidder who submits unit‑price quotes (including freight) and a supplier part number. The contract is a 12‑month base term with up to four optional 12‑month extensions, but the State does not guarantee any minimum purchase volume; orders will be placed as needed by individual agencies. Suppliers must accept electronic payments at no cost to the State and must be able to meet continuous‑availability requirements.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted cloud hosting for TeamMate+ Audit (≈25 users) – critical for excise‑tax audit work.
• Submit unit‑price bids (FOB destination, freight included) with a supplier part number or “N/A”.
