Roof Replacement - Airfield Maintenance Storage Building

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking bids for the roof replacement of the Airfield Maintenance storage building located at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). The project includes the removal of the ballast roof system, installation of a new single-ply roofing membrane, and replacement of parapet caps, tapered insulation, and safety railing. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. • The project is funded by the RTAA's general fund, with an estimated cost between $225,000 and $325,000. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PT). • An additional optional site walk will be held on August 17, 2026, at 9:15 AM (PT). • Bids must be submitted by August 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PT). • The RTAA reserves the right to not award a contract for any work and to hire additional contractors or consultants as needed.
