Striping Machine Truck - DOTD

The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the purchase of a Striping Machine Truck for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD). The truck should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment B - DOTD Equipment Specification No. 255-000A, Rev. 11/8/2025. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license with their bid. The bid price should include delivery of the truck to the destination specified by the DOTD. • The truck should be a Peterbilt Model 520 and MB Striping Unit Model Maxi-990 or equal. • The bidder should specify the brand and model number of the product offered in their bid. • The bid price should include all applicable taxes and any other costs associated with the purchase. • The bidder should submit descriptive literature and technical data to support their bid. • The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. • The bidder should comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, disabilities, and environmental protection.
