The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance, inspection, emergency and non‑emergency repair, and operational support services for commercial floor‑care equipment at the Veterans Home of West Los Angeles. The work includes quarterly preventive‑maintenance, semi‑annual vacuum maintenance, rapid emergency response (≤ 2 hours), and a 90‑day labor guarantee on repairs. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, transportation, licensing, insurance, and must comply with DVBE participation and small‑business preferences.
• Scope covers scrubbers, extractors, floor machines, vacuums and similar equipment.
• Service frequency: 4 quarterly preventive‑maintenance visits, 2 semi‑annual vacuum visits, plus on‑call emergency and non‑emergency repairs.
