Description
The Virginia Community College System seeks an architectural/engineering firm to design and manage the replacement of the existing Buchanan Hall and Tazewell Hall at Southwest Virginia Community College with a new 75,000 gsf two‑story administrative/classroom facility. This professional services contract will cover all phases from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration. The project will be built on a constrained site at the current Buchanan Hall location and must accommodate academic programs, student services, teaching labs, and offices.
