Description
The NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities is requesting quotes for the Pembroke AC System project. The project involves the installation of a new air conditioning system at the Broome Developmental Center. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11/6/25 at 10:00am, and quotes must be submitted by 11/20/25 at 5:00pm. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work.
• The project is a Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid.
• Contractors must provide proof of registration as required by Labor Law Section 220-i.
• The contract term is 60 days from the date of award.
• The awarded vendor will be required to submit certificates of Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Disability Insurance, as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms and a Signed Appendix A.
