The U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco seeks a qualified contractor to plan, coordinate, and execute a week‑long, multi‑city Sports Envoy soccer program across Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, and Tangier. The contractor will provide full event‑management services—including venue procurement, participant registration, transportation, equipment supply, on‑site staffing, interpretation, audiovisual support, photography/videography, and marketing coordination—while aligning all activities with U.S. public‑diplomacy objectives. The effort includes a Train‑the‑Trainer workshop, a World‑Cup‑themed youth festival, regional youth clinics, institutional site visits, and a public talk, all scheduled between October 26‑31, 2026, with a contract period from September 28 to November 30 2026 (possible extension to September 27 2027).
