Construction Phase Traffic Engineering Services for HSIP Cycle 11

The City of Tracy is seeking a qualified traffic‑engineering consulting firm to provide professional services during the construction phase of its Highway Safety Improvement Project (HSIP) Cycle 11. The work includes implementing Leading Pedestrian Intervals (LPI) at signalized intersections, updating and replacing signal timing plans, conducting field evaluations, and providing post‑implementation monitoring and adjustments for a total of 87 intersections. Proposals must be submitted in sealed hard‑copy format with a separate cost envelope, and a single electronic copy on a flash drive is also required.
