Description
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking a contractor to provide snow and ice removal services at the Major Holleder USARC in Webster, NY. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to maintain a clean and safe environment. The contract will be for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide snow removal services for 3"-6" of snow, 6"-10" of snow, and 10"-14" of snow.
• The contractor must provide ice melt and sand services.
• The contractor must provide sidewalk clearing services.
• The contractor must comply with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and certification.
