Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking a condensation return system to repair boilers. The system should be a duplex, 52 ft max head, 14 gal tank, cast iron, 1/3 HP, single phase, and manufactured by Hoffman (MFR # 160032). The delivery location is the TDCJ Estelle Unit, Maintenance, 264 FM 3478, Huntsville, TX 77320. The bidder must provide a quote for the system, including any applicable freight and delivery charges. The bid must be submitted electronically or by hard copy, and the bidder must provide a point of contact for the submitted bid response.
• The bid must include the name, phone number, and email of the point of contact.
• The bidder must certify that they are eligible to participate in this transaction and have not been subjected to suspension, debarment, or similar ineligibility.
• The bidder must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the State of Texas and its officers, agents, employees, and contractors from any claims, demands, or suits arising from the performance of this contract.
