Kent ISD is seeking qualified vendors to supply, install, configure, test, and provide three‑year warranty/support for firewall network electronics across eleven school facilities. The contract is funded through the FY2027 E‑Rate Universal Service Fund, requiring compliance with USAC eligibility rules, detailed bill‑of‑materials, and various affidavits. Bids must be submitted in duplicate (paper and electronic) by 2:00 PM on October 27 2026, include a 5 % bid bond (unless total bid < $31,321), and be accompanied by required documentation (references, disclosures, prevailing‑wage certification, etc.).
