Sources Sought - Mobile Virtual Weapons Training Simulator

The Army is seeking sources for a mobile virtual weapons training simulator to provide Soldiers with an effective and realistic platform to train on weapons handling, dry fire, de-escalation techniques, and crowd control operations. The simulator should be able to support up to 5 users at one time, be compatible with the M17 weapon system, and provide scenario-based training modules that replicate real-world encounters. The contractor shall provide a system that meets the performance objectives, including maintenance, warranty, and training. • The system should be mobile and simple to set up in different locations. • It should support up to 5 users at one time. • It must be compatible with the M17 weapon system. • It should provide scenario-based training that is designed to increase decision-making proficiency, standardize training, enhance de-escalation effectiveness, and improve weapons handling safety. • It should include maintenance, warranty, and training with the system.
