The City of Rancho Cucamonga seeks a qualified design‑ and construction‑support firm to deliver full‑service engineering, traffic‑signal design, fiber‑optic infrastructure, environmental permitting, and post‑construction performance monitoring for Phase III of its Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS). The work covers the Archibald Avenue and Base Line Road corridors, including multiple freeway on‑/off‑ramps, and requires detailed traffic‑signal timing studies, preparation of construction‑ready plans and specifications, and ongoing support through construction and one‑year post‑construction monitoring. • Lead project management, master scheduling, and coordination with multiple agencies (Caltrans, USACE, etc.). • Perform traffic‑engineering analyses, signal‑timing design, and develop construction‑ready drawings/specifications for ~40 signalized intersections. • Provide environmental compliance documentation, fiber‑optic network design, construction‑phase technical assistance, and one‑year performance monitoring after completion.
