WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES REHABILITATION

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified Job Order Contractors for the rehabilitation of wastewater treatment facilities. The contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including the installation and replacement of mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and instrumental & control equipment, as well as emergency repairs and pre/post construction services. The contractor will also be required to provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of $16,000,000 prior to executing the Job Order Contract. The contract will be for a 60-month duration, with a maximum value of $80,000,000. The City expects to select up to four contractors for this project. Key considerations for the contractor include: • Providing a range of services, including installation and replacement of equipment, emergency repairs, and pre/post construction services • Providing performance and payment bonds in the amount of $16,000,000 • Meeting the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) utilization goal of 5.5% • Providing a proposed subcontractor selection plan • Meeting the requirements for experience and qualifications, including having an Arizona contractor license and providing information on comparable projects
