FY26 Large Excavator

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide a large excavator to perform routine tasks. The successful bidder will be required to provide the excavator and may be required to furnish supply, material, payment, and performance bonds. The contract will be awarded to the firm that best meets the specifications and evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria include proposal cost, specifications, and expected delivery/lead times. • The large excavator must be delivered between October 1, 2026, and October 30, 2026. • The contract may be extended, and ACHD may order additional units. • The successful bidder must execute an agreement with ACHD within 15 days after award. • The firm must provide proof of licensure and comply with ACHD's equal employment opportunity policy.
