Description
The US Coast Guard is seeking a replacement firepump for the USCGC Scioto. The new pump must match the same footprint, rotation, differential head pressure, flow rate, and RPM as the existing pump. The replacement pump parameters are specified as Peerless Express 25.6.0 / Pierless model 3TU135A2 – 2 stage Counterclockwise rotation. The pump should have a flow rate of 240 gpm, 300 tdh, LH rotate, 4in suction, 3in discharge, and be made of Ni-Al-Brz.
• The replacement pump must be shipped to 221 Mississippi Dr. Keokuk, IA 52632.
• The pump must match the existing pump's parameters.
• The pump must be compatible with the existing system.
• The contractor must provide a new firepump that meets the specified requirements.
