Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that can provide Elevator Maintenance Services at the Valley Division Area Office. The scope of work includes all services described in Exhibit A, which is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid.
• The agreement term is expected to be effective from April 1, 2026, or upon approval, whichever is later, through March 31, 2031.
• The CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services.
• Bidders must meet the qualification requirements, including having a valid C-11 Elevator Contractor license and being registered with the DIR.
• Bidders must submit a complete bid package, including all required attachments and documentation, by the submission deadline.
• The bid package must be sealed and labeled with the IFB number and the bidder's name and address.
• The CHP will evaluate timely bid packages based on the criteria outlined in the IFB, including price, responsiveness, and responsibility.
