Description
The County seeks a qualified architecture/engineering firm to develop a Master Plan for the Larchmont Golf Course campus, then produce schematic design documents for Phase 1 construction and provide cost‑benefit analysis. The scope includes site‑plan development, coordination of specialty consultants, three iterations of the Master Plan, public/commission review, design drawings for a new maintenance building and clubhouse upgrades, permitting support, and construction‑administration services if retained. The work will span roughly two years, ending June 30 2028, with a target contract execution by September 30 2026.
• Master planning (site‑plan, phased implementation, public outreach)
