Supply and Delivery Diesel Fuel in the St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from vendors to supply and deliver diesel fuel to their facilities, including administrative buildings, aviation and marine ports, and passenger terminals, as well as vehicles and equipment, located throughout the island of St. Croix. The contract period will end on September 30, 2028. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and deliver all necessary labor and equipment to fuel VIPA's equipment on an on-call, as-needed basis. • The contractor must provide a certificate of general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000. • The contractor must provide a certificate of auto-liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. • The contractor must provide a VI Certificate of Good Standing issued by the VI Office of the Lt. Governor, Division of Corporations and Trademarks. • The contractor must provide a W-9 dated in calendar year 2026. • The contractor must provide a certificate of trade name. The Authority reserves the right to make changes to the bid and/or to reject any or all bids.
