The Dallas County Hospital District (Parkland Health) is seeking a vendor‑owned, multi‑site coffee equipment, maintenance, and consumable‑supply solution for approximately 20 of its facilities. The contract will be a three‑year base term with two optional one‑year extensions, requiring 95 % equipment uptime, 24‑hour response for service calls, and monthly performance reporting.
