The leased space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease term is 5 years, and the offered space must provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access, security fencing, electric gate access, or key card access, and reserved signage for 12 of the spaces. • 45 surface parking spaces are required • 24/7 access is required • Security fencing, electric gate access, or key card access is required • Reserved signage is required for 12 spaces • Parking lot attendant is preferred between 6:30AM and 6:30PM, Monday through Friday • Electronically operated vehicle gate is preferred • Parking requirement may be split between multiple lots
