Request for Information - Mercury

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information on how interested contractors could provide services to maintain and modernize known systems and support unanticipated capabilities. The services include systems engineering and integration, operations support, software maintenance, security engineering, technical support services, and software development. The contract is expected to have a minimum period of performance of five years. The NGA is considering flexible contract vehicles that can accommodate changing levels of support and specialized expertise. • The contract will support the lifecycle of analytic systems and applications, including sustainment, modernization, and enhancement activities. • The contractor will need to provide services to support the transition of systems from development to operations. • The contract will require the contractor to have access to a SCI Facility (SCIF) with accredited SCI network access. • The contractor will need to have experience in managing contracts with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and changing or unanticipated requirements. • The contractor will need to have experience in rapidly supporting unanticipated yet critical emerging mission requirements.
