PURCHASE OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE (50%) FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT

The City of Stockton is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors interested in a multi-year contract to provide the City with Hydrogen Peroxide (50%) for odor control at the Regional Wastewater Control Facility. The contract is expected to be for a period of 5 years, with no option to renew. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received. * The bidder must provide Hydrogen Peroxide (50%) that meets industry standard specifications, including a minimum of 50.0-50.8% by weight and 23.5% active oxygen content. * The bidder must provide a cost table for the products, including the unit price and total cost. * The bidder must provide a non-collusion affidavit, signed and notarized. * The bidder must provide a certificate of nondiscrimination, stating that they are in compliance with all Federal and State of California laws covering nondiscrimination in employment. * The bidder must provide a conflict of interest disclosure, disclosing any financial interest that may create an actual or potential conflict of interest.
