Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a vendor to replace the engine of a 2020 RAM 4500 vehicle. The replacement engine must be a 6.4L new or refurbished motor that meets the manufacturer's specifications. The vendor must be within 350 miles of Custer, South Dakota, and must provide a technical proposal, price proposal, and representations and certifications with their offer. The contract will be a firm-fixed price service contract, and the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to offer the "best value" to the Government, considering both price and other factors.
