The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price rental contract for critical‑care hospital beds and related equipment (Hill‑Rom or equal) to support the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, FL. The contractor must provide delivery, set‑up, 24/7 maintenance, repair, replacement, and training on an all‑inclusive daily rate, with rapid 24‑hour response for urgent requests. The contract includes a base year plus four one‑year options, totaling up to five years of service.
• Nine equipment categories (including CLRT‑enabled surgical beds, foam/Trapeze models, ICU‑grade systems, air‑fluidized therapy beds, low‑air‑loss surfaces, and bariatric recliners) with not‑to‑exceed day quantities.
• OEM authorization required (prime must be OEM or have a current OEM Authorization Letter).
