Hazardous Waste Disposal Barstow China Lake

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive hazardous‑waste management services for military installations in the Barstow/China Lake region of California and a 50‑mile surrounding area. The contractor must handle removal, transportation, and disposal of RCRA hazardous wastes, non‑RCRA wastes, state‑regulated wastes, universal wastes, compressed gases, PCBs, and PFAS. The award will be a base‑period contract of 30 months starting February 2027 with an optional 30‑month extension beginning August 2029.
