Description
The City of Sandersville is seeking an engineering firm to provide design and construction supervision for a public infrastructure improvement project in a low-income target area, utilizing funds from a Community Development Block Grant. The project will be subject to federal and state contract provisions. The selected firm will be required to provide a preliminary engineering report, which should include an executive summary, introduction, background, evaluation of alternatives, description of proposed project, detailed project budget, and project schedule. The report should also include maps, photos, and other relevant documentation.
