The County of Webb is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the planning, design, and construction administration of a new county building and associated parking lot development. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a range of services, including pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction administration. The firm will also be required to provide additional services as needed, such as topographic surveying, geotechnical investigation, and environmental considerations.
