The Town of Royalton is seeking a prime/general contractor to rebuild the accessible entrance (porch, ramp, and threshold) of the Royalton Academy Building to bring it into ADA compliance. The scope includes demolition of the existing deteriorated elements, reconstruction to meet a 1:12 slope, installation of handrails, lowering the threshold, and obtaining all required permits. The contractor must also provide project‑management and permit‑coordination services, submit a detailed bid with unit prices, and supply insurance and a schedule of values. A site visit is scheduled for 9/9/2026, and questions are due 9/14/2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with work to be completed by 4/30/2027.
