Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting bids for the renovation of the SCI for Negative Pressure at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, New York. The project includes bathroom modifications and requires contractors to provide a base bid and an add allowance of $80,000.00 for the additional work. The contract period of performance is 400 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• The project requires the contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, and material necessary to complete the renovation.
