S216-- EXTERIOR CANOPY AND WINDOW WASHING

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform exterior canopy and window washing services at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. The scope of work includes cleaning all exterior windows, approximately 550 in total, and the main entrance canopy, which is made of polycarbonate and is approximately 3,400 square feet in size. The contractor will be required to provide their own equipment and supplies, and must coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
