Description
The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential demolition work. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing residential structures, with a focus on blighted properties. The vendor must be pre-qualified for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work under the Office of Contracting & Procurement. The vendor will be subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements of their pre-qualification and the "CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025". Key aspects of the job include:
• Demolition of residential structures
• Compliance with the "CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025"
• Pre-qualification for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work
• Adherence to the terms, conditions, and requirements of the pre-qualification
• Demolition of blighted properties
