R--Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Award to Haverly Systems, Inc.

The U.S. Department of Energy (EIA), Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a sole source award to Haverly Systems, Inc. for maintenance agreements and technical support for currently licensed software. The required services include H/CAMS Crude Assay Management System, Chevron Crude Assay Library, Generalized Refining - Transportation - Marketing Planning System (GRTMPS), and ORTMPS Multicore Processing. • The estimated support performance period is up to 60 months, which includes a 12-month base period and up to four, 12-month option years. • The notice of intent is for information purposes only and not a solicitation or request for quotes. • All responsible sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing by the closing date of this notice. • The written response must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company's ability to satisfy the Government’s requirement.
