The National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA) is issuing a sole‑source Request for Quote to procure ArcGIS Enterprise and related training services in support of the Ukraine Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Program. Only ESRI‑authorized manufacturers or resellers may submit offers. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order awarded to the lowest‑priced compliant offeror. The period of performance is September 21 2026 through September 20 2027 (12 months). Offerors must be registered in SAM with NAICS 611420, provide a completed Appendix 1, and submit all quotes by 8:00 AM CST on September 18 2026.
