Speegleville Road Improvements - Riverside Lift Station Improvements Project (60WA2303A)

The City of Waco is seeking bids for the Speegleville Road Improvements - Riverside Lift Station Improvements Project. The major work shall consist of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals required to properly install, complete, and be accepted in place the Speegleville Road Lift Station and associated piping, electrical, controls, generator relocation, temporary by-pass system, site improvements, fencing, surface replacement, and all necessary components as shown on the project drawings and as specified herein. The project is expected to be completed within 300 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with a total project duration of 330 calendar days. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The project includes lift station improvements, electrical service, and site work. • The City is seeking a general contractor to self-perform 40% of the project. • The project has an engineering estimate of $1.5M. • A liquidation fee of $1500.00 per day will be applied for each day of delay. • The City will accept bids through its e-Procurement portal or by paper/physical submission. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. via Zoom, and a site inspection will be held on July 23, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M.
