The U.S. Army seeks a qualified contractor (MATOC holder) to perform a full Facility Infrastructure – Mission Unique Equipment (FI‑MUE) lifecycle replacement for the 41st Strategic Signal Battalion across four Korean installations (Camp Casey, Concord, Papyongsan, Camp Morse). The scope includes removal and environmentally‑compliant disposal of existing HVAC, CRAC, generators, ATS, UPS, and related power‑distribution equipment, followed by installation of new high‑capacity CRAC/HVAC units, generators, ATS, UPS, conduit, wiring, concrete pads, and associated controls. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, logistics, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation (as‑built, O&M manuals, warranty tags). Work must comply with DoD, UFC, NEC, AR‑750‑1, and related standards, with minimal power outages and coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative. The base period performance window is 12 months after award, with phased milestones for each site. Only contractors holding specific existing Army MATOC contracts are eligible.
