Description
The Cobb County Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to perform operational and safety improvements at the Blair Bridge Road / Oak Ridge Road / Riverside Parkway intersection, including the installation of a new traffic signal, utility relocations, pavement work, and related civil works. The work must be completed within one year of the Notice to Proceed, with strict liquidated‑damage penalties for delays. All bids are to be submitted electronically via BidExpress, and a 5 % bid bond is required.
• Scope includes ADA ramps, traffic control equipment, grading, pavement resurfacing, concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, traffic signage, and utility water/sewer relocation (requiring a Georgia Utility Contractor License).
