J036--Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Repair

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide elevator preventative maintenance and repair services at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four optional years. The contractor will be required to provide all management, tools, parts, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to maintain and repair all elevators at the facility. The contract will be awarded to a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) listed in the SBA certification database. • The contractor must comply with the limitations on subcontracting requirement as specified in the contract. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the contract and applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a certification regarding compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirement. • The contract includes options for emergency/over and above maintenance and repairs.
