Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Fortinet renewal services for the Maryland Correctional Administrative Commission (MCAC). The contract will be awarded to a certified small business vendor. The scope of work includes the provision of Fortinet products and services, including installation and training. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Fortinet and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 contract.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement.
• The award will be based on the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors.
• The contract will be for a fixed price.
• The contractor must provide new and unused equipment.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
