Description
The DeKalb County Government is seeking design build services for the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant Demolition and New Clearwells and High Service Pump Station. The project includes demolition of the existing old filter plant, construction of a new high service pump station, and addition of two new 10 million gallons of Clearwell water storage with space for an additional 20 million gallons in the future. Key aspects of the project include:
• Demolition of the existing old filter plant
