Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the roofing system at the Eastern LA Mental Health System (ELMHS) located at the Main Warehouse in Jackson, LA. The job requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project. A jobsite visit is mandatory prior to bid opening, and contractors must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods.
