Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000, considering the cost of video robot encoders and the requirements for hardware, software, and maintenance. The contract includes up to four years of hardware/software support and maintenance, which could increase the overall budget. The Library of Congress is a federal agency, and the contract is likely to be a firm-fixed-price contract, which means that the budget will be fixed and not subject to change. The budget could be influenced by the complexity of the video robot encoder, the level of support and maintenance required, and the experience and reputation of the contractor.
