Request for Qualifications - 2027-2031 Wood Floor Refinishing Services

The University of Wyoming is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor and materials for annual wood‑floor refinishing across multiple campus facilities for a five‑year period (2027‑2031). The scope includes two service types: general wood‑floor refinishing in academic and public spaces (Type I) and athletic‑court refinishing in sports venues (Type II). Contractors must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, provide detailed past‑project references, and show Wyoming residency preference. Submissions are limited to a 10‑page narrative (excluding required past‑project reference forms) and must be submitted electronically by September 30, 2026. An optional pre‑bid meeting/walk‑through is scheduled for September 9, 2026. The award will be based on qualifications, experience, residency, and ability to meet the project schedule; no interviews are required.
