Description
The project involves the design, repair, replacement, and improvement of thermal and moisture protection systems and rainwater drainage systems at the Internal Revenue Service Center in Memphis, Tennessee. The project also includes replacement of the fire alarm system, including all fire alarm control panels, initiating devices, notification devices, wiring, control modules, monitor modules, NAC panels, tamper switches, flow switches, etc. The Design-Builder shall provide a twenty-year, no-dollar-limit warranty on all areas of roof replacement and a one-year warranty on all replaced breakers. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $20M - $25M.
