Global Positioning System Based Range Instrumentation Equipment (GPS-BRIE)

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) is seeking a contractor to develop, procure, upgrade, sustain, integrate, test, and provide training for Global Positioning System Based Range Instrumentation Equipment (GPS-BRIE) at various Department of Defense (DoD) test and training ranges. The procurement will be a five-year, single-award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a combination of cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost, and firm fixed price contract line item numbers. The contractor will need to have a Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2. Key aspects of the job include: • Development and procurement of GPS-BRIE • Upgrade and sustainment of existing equipment • Integration and testing of GPS-BRIE • Data collection and analysis • Training for personnel • Support for research, development, and test and evaluation activities
