DESIGN BUILD RENOVATION OF CITY HALL LOBBY

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified Design-Build Entity to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, and construction Design-Build services for City Hall lobby renovations. The project includes a new office space, relocation of the security desk, a new Grab N Go food service area, and a new multi-purpose area. The goal is to create a modern, functional, and efficient office environment that integrates seamlessly with the overall aesthetic and functionality of the City Hall building. • The Design-Build Entity must have at least 5 years of experience in providing services of a similar type and scope. • The Entity must have a valid Class “B” (General Building) State of California Contractor’s License in good standing. • The Entity must provide a fully executed Bid Bond in an amount totaling no less than 10% of total proposal cost. • The Entity must have registered as a “Prospective Bidder” on the City’s electronic Current Prospective Bidders List. • The Entity must attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting on December 17, 2025.
