Description
The Great Rivers Greenway District is soliciting bids to construct a 12‑ft wide multi‑use trail of approximately 2,800 linear feet along the Dardenne Greenway, extending from Mexico Road to Dardenne Park adjacent to the St. Peters Golf Course. The work includes concrete paving, a precast boardwalk, a prefabricated bike‑pedestrian bridge, lighting, way‑finding signage, grading, drainage, sewer improvements, retaining walls, and associated landscaping. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder under a sealed‑bid process, with a 5 % bid security and 100 % performance/payment bond requirements, plus prevailing‑wage and OSHA training compliance.
