The USDA Forest Service is seeking quotations from qualified small‑business vendors to supply two new snowmobiles for the Plumas National Forest winter recreation and trail‑maintenance program. The snowmobiles must meet detailed technical specifications (2‑stroke twin‑cylinder engine, ≥150 hp, ≥11 gal fuel capacity, CVT transmission, specific weight and payload limits, and EPA/CARB emissions compliance) and be delivered FOB destination to the Forest Service office in Quincy, CA within 60 days of order receipt. This is a total small‑business set‑aside RFQ (NAICS 336999) with a firm‑fixed‑price award; the lowest technically acceptable offer will be selected. Vendors must be registered in SAM, provide a Buy‑American certificate, product brochure, and certify traceability to the OEM. Early delivery may improve evaluation.
