Remediate Station Building - Phase I; USCG Staion Channel Islands; Oxnard, California

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to perform urgent asbestos remediation at USCG Station Channel Islands, Oxnard, CA. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary resources to perform the remediation in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided. The project must be completed within 20 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contractor must have a valid Asbestos Abatement Contractor license from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and provide a firm-fixed-price for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the project. • The contractor will be required to provide a technical description of their approach to the project, including their experience with similar projects. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of their license and certification. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of two similar projects completed in the last three years. • The contractor will be required to provide a firm-fixed-price for all work specified in the SOW.
